Police Public School claims Kabaddi C’ship title

SRINAGAR, Apr 15: Police Public School, Bemina claimed the title trophy of the Kabaddi Championship, being organised by Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP) at Bemina, here today.
The second and third positions were bagged by team from Boys Hostel, Bemina and team from Police colony, Qamarwari, respectively.
On the valedictory function, Principal, Police Public School Bemina was guest of honour, who presented medals and trophies to the winners of the championship in presence of Zonal SSPs and SDPO’s/ DySPs of the district, locals and sports lovers.
Earlier, the championship was declared open by Deputy Inspector General of Police CKR, Afad-ul-Mujtaba and SSP Srinagar SAH Bukhari, in which around 200 students and youth of different schools and colonies participated.
