Benia lifts Wrestling C’ship title

JAMMU, Apr 15: Wrestler Benia of J&K Police outplayed his opponent and claimed the title of the Wrestling C’ship, held at village Jandrah.
On the occasion, Vidhi Singh Jamwal, Chairman, Jamwal Group of Institutions was the chief guest, who awarded cash prize of Rs 20,000 to the winner in presence of Sarpanch Anil Sharma, Om Parkash Sharma.
Among others present were Naib Tehsil Daar, Range Officer Jandrah, Onkar Singh, Kishori Lal, Fazzi Choudary, Govind Singh, Pritam Chand, Mohd Saleem, Ganga Dutt Sharma, Sat Pal Verma, retd BDO Mohan Lal Verma, Prem Singh, locals and sports lovers.
