KARGIL, Jan 22: The 20-day Exhibition Ice Hockey Championship 2020 concluded at Ice Hockey Rink Khangral Chiktan, here today.
The Championship, which had begun on January 1, 2020, was organized by Shakar Chiktan Winter Sports Club Chiktan.
Over 80 children participated in the Championship.
Councillor Stakchey Khangral, Haji Mohammad Qasim was the chief guest on the occasion, while Commanding Officer 14 Maharashtra, Gagandeep Singh was the guest of honour.
While highlighting the importance of Ice Hockey, Mohammad Iqbal Coach and International player briefed about Ice Hockey and its importance.
He appealed to the concerned authorities for providing sufficient infrastructural facilities to youths.
While speaking on the occasion, Councillor Stakchey Khangral assured the organisers of all help and assistance.
SHO Police Post Khangral, Nambardar Khangral and the large number of people were also present on the occasion.
