JAMMU, Apr 13: Drubbing Vijay Club by a solitary goal in the summit clash, Shaheen Football Club won the title trophy of the Senior Division Football League-2019, organised by the Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA) at GGM Science College Football ground, here.
The players of both the teams showed extraordinary soccer skills. However, Rajesh Thapa of Shaheen FC succeeded in scoring a goal in 27th minute to give his side a vital lead and finally Shaheen FC won the match by (1-0).
Surinder Singh Bunty, Treasurer JKFA was the chief guest on the occasion, who distributed prizes among the winners and runners-up teams on the occasion.
The other dignitaries present were ZA Thakur, President JKFA; sm Gill, Sheikh Mehmood, S Kuldeep Singh, Ramesh Chander, Amardeep Singh, Varinder Gupta and Charan Dass.
