JAMMU, Aug 31: Five Karatekas of Tenshinkan Karate Do Jammu and Kashmir namely Razaq Ahmed, Tanish Kumar, Priya Devi, Avneet Kour and Sharavi Magazine have qualified the Black Belt SHO DAN (1st Dan Grade).
The Karate Association of India (KAI), recognized by Govt of India and Indian Olympic Association has issued Black Belt SHO DAN Grade along with Certificate of Official Recognition of Dan Grade to the players.
The ceremony of awarding Black Belt SHO DAN (1st DAN Grade) along with Certificate of Official Recognition of Dan Grade issued by the Karate Association of India was honoured to the players by Shihan Brijesh Bhau, Chief Technical Director of Tenshinkan Karate Do Association of J&K and Sukhbir Singh, General Secretary of the Tenshinkan Karate Do Association in a ceremony held here at Jammu which was attended by Dr Amit Vaid, Amandeep Singh, Sensei Aruna Sharma, Sensei Gopal Dass, Sensei Shakti Kumar and other senior members and players.
Ambedkar Gupta, Joint Secretary Karate Association of India (KAI) and General Secretary of AKAJK has appreciated the players for successfully qualifying in the Black Belt 1st Dan Grade.
