CII Jammu Marathon Promo Run held

JAMMU, Sept 4: CII Jammu Marathon Promo Run was organized today at Chandigarh.
This run will help highlight the issue of orphans and underprivileged children and promoting a healthy lifestyle among Jammu residents as well as participants from all over North region.
There are 4 different categories in this event, namely 3 km run which is open from 5 yrs to 90 years, 5 km run/walk, family run, 10 km timed run and 21 km half marathon.
The Marathon will be held at MS Stadium Jammu on November 13.
The promo run at Chandigarh was organised with an objective of promoting running and endorsing this noble cause.
This auspicious event is being organised by tremendous and awe-inspiring Jammu Marathon team with the theme “Mentors of Hope for orphans, autistic and underprivileged children”, powered by GLS Memorial Society of Education and Research, the governing body of GLS Public School, Jammu in association with CII.
