JAMMU, June 15: Two day Quality Enhancement Programme organised at Vishwa Bharati Public Higher Secondary School concluded.
The resource person from a reputed school graced the occasion as chief guest, who gave a detailed elaboration of the Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) scheme.
Dr SK Koul, Secretary, Vishwa Bharati School, Prof AN Sadhu, Secretary, Vishwa Bharati College of Education, RL Tikoo, Treasurer and BL Saraf, Retd Sessions Judge were also present.
The welcome address was given by the Principal of the School Prof Annapurna Koul. She also emphasised on the objective of the workshop.
AN Sadhu suggested the teachers to take into consideration comprehension, command, content, retention, inquisition, communication, body language and eye to eye contact while teaching.
Apart from this, an interactive session between resource person and faculty members was also held in which the query like how CBSE imparts a value education was answered.
The programme was compared by the senior teacher Anita Sharma, while the faculty members who participated as speakers included Veer Ji Matoo, Uttma Punjabi and Sameer Bhat.
Among others present were Ranu Koul, Sanjai Dhar, Shakti Raina, etc.
