DFA Srinagar XI to take on J&K Bank in Football C’ship final

SRINAGAR, May 25: DFA Srinagar XI is to take on J&K Bank in the final of 24th State Championship in Football on May 29.
Earlier, DFA Srinagar XI defeated Lonestar KFC Srinagar by 5-2 goals via tie- breaker.
In the first half, Lonestar KFC Srinagar netted the first goal in 22nd minute through Ifham, which was equalized by Asrar in the 60th minute of the second half.
The match ended with one goal each and in the tie-breaker, Lonestar KFC Srinagar chipped in two goals, while DFA Srinagar XI scored four goals and registered berth in the final of the tournament.
