State Taekwondo Championships from Sept 23

JAMMU, Sept 16: The Jammu and Kashmir Taekwondo Association is organizing 14th J&K State Taekwondo Championships 2012-13, under the aegis of Taekwondo Federation of India, the affiliate of World Taekwondo Federation and Indian Olympic Association from September 23 to September 25 at Multipurpose Hall, Indoor Complex, MA Stadium, here.
According to a handout issued here the Association has invited all the players of Kashmir province to openly take part in this championship, which open to sub-junior, born on or after 01.01.1999, junior, born between 01.01.1995 and 31.12.1998 and senior boys and girls of all the Affiliated District Associations, besides Schools and Clubs of J&K State.
The winner of the gold medal in this championship will represent J&K in the 30th National Sub-Junior Taekwondo Championships, 2012 to be held at Lucknow from October 5 to October 7, 2012.
Meanwhile, the last date for receipt of entry forms along with the entry fees, photos and relevant documents is September 22. No entries will be entertained after the said date.
