JAMMU, Apr 17: Lifting 172.5 kg in 93 weight category class, Adil Ashraf became powerman in senior category of Open State Bench Press Championship, while in junior category Sawan Kumar emerged powerman by lifting 115 kg and in master category Fazal Paul became best lifter by lifting 142.5 kg. The Championship was conducted under the supervision of officials of All J&K Powerlifting Association and including Ajay Sharma , Rajeev Charak, Rahul Sawhney, Daljeet Singh, Sanjeev Singh, Deepak Jyoti, Vinay Sharma, Sumit Gupta, and Anshuman Sharma.
