MCC thrashes RJ Eleven by 81 runs

REASI, Feb 2: Muslim Cricket Club (MCC) defeated RJ Eleven by 81 runs in the ongoing Amit Memorial Cricket Tournament, being played at Sports Stadium, here.
Earlier, winning the toss and batting first, MCC scored a decent total of 147 runs in the stipulated 20 overs. Nazim was the top scorer with 35 runs, while Aasif and Salman contributed 25 and 18 runs to the total respectively. For RJ Eleven, Aabid took a hat-trick, while Neelam, Sajjad and Ejaz claimed 2 wickets each.
In reply, RJ Eleven bundled out for a paltry total of 66 runs, thus lost the match by 81 runs. Sajjad and Babu contributed 18 and 11 runs for RJ Eleven. Sajjad was the pick of the bowlers for RJ Eleven, who scalped 3 important wickets, while Kaka took 2 wickets. Altaf, Yasir and Tiffu claimed one wicket each. Nazim was adjudged as man of the match for his brilliant innings.
