JAMMU, June 5: The GNN Jammu Hockey League (U-19) 2026 continued with thrilling matches as Sahil Hockey Club, Khalsa Hockey Club and GNN Hockey Club registered convincing victories in their respective encounters played today in Jammu.
In the first match, Sahil Hockey Club defeated Lachipur Hockey Club by 4-2 in a closely contested game. Both sides displayed competitive hockey, but Sahil Hockey Club capitalized on key opportunities to secure the win.
In the second match, Khalsa Hockey Club produced a dominant performance to defeat MBS Hockey Club Simbal Camp by 6-2. The winning team showcased excellent teamwork, attacking coordination and strong finishing throughout the match.
The third match witnessed a one-sided contest as GNN Hockey Club outclassed Hiranagar Hockey Club by 8-0. The players of GNN Hockey Club displayed superior skill, coordination and goal-scoring ability to register one of the biggest wins of the tournament so far.
The matches were graced by Dr Taran Singh, General Secretary, Hockey J&K, as chief guest, who appreciated the efforts of organizers and encouraged players to work hard for the development of hockey in the Union Territory.
