JAMMU, Apr 14: Action continued in the 1st Jambu Lochan T20 Cricket Tournament, being organised by Jammu and Kashmir Masters Games Association (JKMGA) at Maulana Azad Stadium, with Apex Cricket Club and Rehari Kings XI registering emphatic victories in their respective matches.
In the first match, Tigers 11, after winning the toss, opted to bat but were bundled out for 100 runs in 16.1 overs. Apex Cricket Club bowlers delivered a disciplined performance. In reply, Apex CC chased the target of 101 runs in just 9.2 overs, losing only three wickets. Eshan Thakur played a brilliant knock of 60 runs off 30 balls, hitting 10 fours and one six. Apex CC won by 7 wickets. Eshan Thakur was declared Man of the Match, and the award was presented by Ashok Kumar, Executive Member of JKMGA.
In another match, Rehari Kings XI defeated Rajouri Titans. Batting first, Rehari Kings XI scored 183/3 in 20 overs, with Jatin smashing 106 off 57 balls, including 14 fours and two sixes. Rajouri Titans were bowled out for 105 in 15.5 overs. Jatin also took three wickets, completing an all-round performance.
He was named Man of the Match, with the award presented by Neete Kour, General Secretary of JKMGA and Geetanjli Agarwal.
