SAMBA, Dec 25: Army Public School BD Bari celebrated the Annual Day of its Primary Wing with grandeur and artistic brilliance under the theme “Kshitij – Rising to Radiance – Where Dreams Meet Destiny.” The event was graced by chief guest Ayushi Sudan, Deputy Commissioner Samba, accompanied by SO APS BD Bari, Principal Dr Neeta Rawal and dignitaries including Poonam Langeh, Principal GHSS Smailpur. Parents, staff members, and students also attended the event.
The ceremony began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Ayushi Sudan, Poonam Langeh and Dr Neeta Rawal, accompanied by sacred chants of Satotra Gyan, infusing the auditorium with spiritual fervor. Dr Neeta Rawal presented the Annual Report highlighting the school’s milestones in academics and co-curricular activities.
Cultural performances included “Cosmic Tandav – Rhythm of Creation,” “Bollywood Beats – A Symphony of Stars” by Grade 3 students, and “Step Up and Shine – Every Dream Deserves a Stage,” sensitizing the audience to the struggles of underprivileged children. “Sparks of Joy” celebrated Christmas, while the central production “Kshitij – Rising to Radiance” paid tribute to the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force. The soulful “Sufiyana” and vibrant “Virsa-E-Punjab” enthralled the audience. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Priya Choudhary, Headmistress APS BD Bari.
