JAMMU, Nov 13: The ongoing Inter-Collegiate Volleyball (Men) Tournament 2025–26, organized by the Directorate of Sports and Physical Education, University of Jammu, witnessed intense competition and remarkable performances at the University Volleyball Court. The event has showcased great enthusiasm, team spirit and sportsmanship among the participating colleges.
In the league matches, GDC Nowshera defeated GDC Khour by 2–0, GDC Ramban beat GDC Marh by 2–1, GDC Hiranagar overcame GDC Rajouri by 2–0 and GDC Kunjwani won against GDC Banihal by 2–0. GDC Poonch registered a 2–0 victory over GDC Bhaderwah, GMC Rajouri triumphed over GMC Jammu (Para) by 2–1, GDC Doda beat GDC Jourian by 2–0 and the PG Department, University of Jammu, edged past GDC Samba by 2–1.
In the quarterfinals, GDC Poonch beat GMC Rajouri by 2–0, GDC Nowshera outplayed GDC Ramban by 2–0, GDC Kunjwani defeated GDC Hiranagar by 2–0 and the PG Department, University of Jammu, overcame GDC Doda by 2–0.
The semifinals will feature GDC Poonch, GDC Nowshera, GDC Kunjwani and PG Department, University of Jammu. The semi-final and final matches are scheduled for tomorrow at the University Volleyball Court.
