JAMMU, Nov 10: The Raghu Memorial Cricket Tournament commenced at MA Stadium, here today, with an exciting opening match between Maulan Cricket Club and Apex Cricket Club. The tournament, organized by Rising Cricket Club under the guidance of Dixit Sharma, aims to promote sportsmanship, fitness, and the “Say No to Drugs” campaign among youth.
The inaugural match was inaugurated in the presence of chief guest Yudhveer Sethi, MLA and guest of honour Taranjeet Singh (Tony), senior leader. Maulan Cricket Club clinched a thrilling victory in the first game, while Rehari Kings defeated Tantary Sports Club in the second match. Special guests Pratap Singh Jamwal and Prince Verma motivated players and organizers.
