JAMMU, Nov 8: Vision House of Shiksha Niketan Sr. Sec. School, Jeevan Nagar, organized an Inter-School Competition to nurture creativity and teamwork among students. The event saw participation from reputed schools – Jammu Sanskriti, Carmel Convent, Humanity Public School, Blooming Dale, RMPS and Shiksha Niketan Gandhi Nagar.
The programme began with the Badge Ceremony and Lamp Lighting Ceremony, symbolizing knowledge and enlightenment. The chief guest, Sneha Anand, CBSE Resource Person, was welcomed with a bouquet presentation.
In the competitions, RMPS secured first place in Fancy Dress, while Shiksha Niketan Jeevan Nagar claimed second and third. SD Tara Puri bagged first in Rangoli, followed by Carmel Convent and Shiksha Niketan Jeevan Nagar (joint second) and Jammu Sanskriti (third). In Poster Making, Shiksha Niketan Jeevan Nagar won first, RMPS second and Humanity Public School third.
The event was graced by Risheek Mengi (Director Pushp Vatika & Shiksha Niketan Gandhi Nagar), Rameshwar Mengi (Principal) and Harish Sharma (Headmaster), who congratulated all winners and lauded the efforts of teachers and organizers for hosting a successful and inspiring event.
