Jammu District Karate Asso hosts Inter-School Karate C’ship

JAMMU, Oct 17: The Jammu District Karate Association, in collaboration with R3A Karate Academy, organized the Inter-School Karate Championship at Guru Gobind Singh Hr. Sec. School, Kunjwani. The event was supervised by Sensei Rajan Jamwal, President of the Jammu District Karate Association.
Around 130 participants from 11 schools showcased their talent in the championship. Gurtaj Singh, Principal of Guru Gobind Singh Hr. Sec. School, was the chief guest, while Charanjit Kour, Vice Principal, and Ganesh Gupta, General Secretary of the Jammu District Karate Association, attended as special guests.
The technical panel included Organizing Secretary Sensei Pooja Sharma and officials Vikas Charak, Shiv Arpit, Rohit and Tushant. Guru Gobind Singh Hr. Sec. School won the championship, with Bringham International School as runner-up and BN Hr. Sec. School securing third place. Top performers included gold medalists Krish, Aarav, Rashi, Palak and silver medalists Sayam, Ayush and Agamjeet, among others.
