JAMMU, May 24: KC International School celebrated a significant milestone in its academic calendar for the year 2025-2026 by organizing a grand leadership programme marked by enthusiasm, pride, and purpose.
The ceremony was graced by Sunaina Sharma Mehta, HOD Revenue Training Institute and Sub Registrar Jammu, as the chief guest. Guests of honour included Ram Sevak, Special Secretary, Home Affairs; Renu Kumari Bhasin, Principal, Excise and Taxation Training Institute, Nagrota, Jammu; Sanjay Kumar Bhat, Deputy Excise Commissioner; Ajay Sharma, SP City South; Dr. Karunika; Rajesh Baru, Course Director, Revenue Training Institute, Jammu; and Shekhar Banotra, Station Head, Red FM.
The event was led by the school’s President Chaitanya Chowdhary, Principal Anupama Sinha and Vice Principal Roma, who welcomed the guests and parents. The programme began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp followed by a soulful welcome song and dance.
Following an impressive March Past, the newly elected student council took their oath, administered by Principal Anupama Sinha, pledging to uphold the school’s values and responsibilities.
The chief guest and dignitaries inspired the students with insights on leadership, discipline, and nation-building. President Chaitanya Chowdhary commended the young leaders for embracing responsibility, and Principal Sinha encouraged them to strive for excellence.
