JAMMU, May 6: The Inter-School Zonal Level U-14 and U-17 Boys & Girls Cricket trials commenced at Alexander Memorial Higher Secondary School, here today under the Chairmanship of District Youth Services & Sports Officer Jammu, Sukhdev Raj Sharma and overall supervision of Zonal Physical Education Officer, Harvinder Kour.
Organized by the Department of Youth Services & Sports, Zone Jammu, the event witnessed the participation of approximately 450 boys and girls from various Government and Private Institutions across Zone Jammu.
The event was formally inaugurated by Marshllaw, Principal of Alexander Memorial School, who was the chief guest. She congratulated the students for their active participation and emphasized the role of sports in character building and youth development.
