JAMMU, Apr 29: RM Public School, Sainik Colony, conducted a programme with great enthusiasm to formally induct the new student council. The event aimed to instill leadership, discipline, and responsibility among students.
The ceremony began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and flag hoisting, followed by the National Anthem and school song. A well-coordinated march past reflected the students’ spirit and unity.
Badges were awarded to the elected council members who pledged to fulfill their duties with dedication. Chairman Rameshwar Mengi, Director Rakshan Mengi, Vice Principal Dr. Harvinder Kaur, and Administrator Surinder Singh addressed the gathering, emphasizing the value of service-oriented leadership. The ceremony concluded with applause for the young leaders and a commitment to nurturing future change makers.
