JAMMU, Feb 11: J&K Fencers have made the Union Territory proud by winning individual Gold and Team Silver in the Sabre event at the 68th National School Games U-19 Fencing Championship in Patna, Bihar. Dhananjay Pandit clinched the Sabre Individual Gold, while the team of Rampaul, Dhananjay Pandit and Amish Sharma secured the Sabre Team Silver.
The fencers were accompanied by Manager Joginder Sharma and Coach Tony Matoo. Sarmad Hafeez, Commissioner Secretary Youth Services and Sports and Rajinder Singh Tara, DG Youth Services and Sports, congratulated the athletes and supporting staff.
