JAMMU, Nov 17: The inaugural Master Games of J&K UT, organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Master Games Association (JKMGA), culminated at Mini Stadium Parade, here today. The event culminated with the final match of football, marking a significant achievement in promoting sports among masters (veteran) athletes in the region.
In the absence of Satish Sharma, Minister for Sports, J&K UT, Rajinder Singh Tara graced the final as the chief guest. Along with other distinguished personalities from various sports disciplines, he distributed prizes to the winners and runners-up of the 16 different sports disciplines that were part of the games.
The event was supported by the prominent office bearers and founder members of the JKMGA, including Ranjeet Singh (President), Vinay Saraf (Vice President), Ravinder Singh (Vice President), Romesh (Treasurer), Som Raj Gupta (Executive Member), Mamta Bajaj (Host), and Neetiy Kour (General Secretary).
