Heritage wins International School Award

JAMMU, Apr 19: Heritage School, has set another  milestone by winning the International School Award (ISA) from British Council for the period 2014-17.
As a testimony to this achievement, the School will receive ISA logo kite mark.
This award programme is spread in all the countries of the British Commonwealth.
British Council gave accreditation of three years to the schools for achieving the parameters set by British Council.
Throughout the year, the students and teachers were involved in a wide variety of projects and activities, keeping in mind the international dimensions in educational practice.
The School worked relentlessly on various integrated projects involving subjects of English, Social Sciences, Mathematics and Science providing them global dimensions.
These activities and projects were incorporated in the school curriculum. The students were greatly benefited as these activities exposed them to various cultures and they got a comparative insight of the world cultures.
The Principal and the staff congratulated the ISA Co-ordinator, Anuriti Bhargava on this stupendous success.
The award will be presented to the School in a formal award ceremony to be held in November 2014.
