UDHAMPUR, Sept 26: The Martyr Cup Handball tournament held at Udhampur concluded here today. The final match was played between Kargil Martyr’s Club and Udhampur Handball Club in which Udhampur Handball Club was crowned champion of the tournament after it secured a 36-34 victory against the Kargil Martyr’s Handball Club.
The event was organised by LAKSHYA (NGO) with an aim to promote the spirit of sports and physical fitness among the students. Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Udhampur, Dr. Vinod Kumar was chief guest on this occasion.
