JAMMU: Daughter of the soil Aprajita Pixie Mahajan is all set to direct actor/producer Arjun Mahajan’s upcoming movie ‘Pixie in Wonderland’ here with child actors of Jammu and Kashmir UT.
“We are holding a workshop for child actors and its best benefit would be gaining a better understanding of the characters. Moreover, it can also help the director and others involved in the production to get the best combined output,” said director Aprajita Pixie Mahajan.
She further said, “Our workshop is based on the completed script of the film. We would also set the various characterizations so that everyone is clear about the story which would help everyone to be on the same page when working on the film.”
We have acting sessions planned out for a week of the workshop. Veteran actor Arjun Mahajan who took part in the workshop for ‘Pixie in Wonderland’ explained, “What the workshops help with the ways you ‘behave’ as the character before the camera. Regardless of the number of years in the industry, it can help artists keep their craft polished and I have a great time attending the session for Pixie in wonderland with my co-actors little stars (child actors).”
