Annual Road Race held

BANDIPORA, May 29: About 100 students from different educational institutions of Bandipora district participated in the Annual Road Race organized by the Secondary School, Malangam here today. The 4 kilometre Road Race from Magnipora to Malangam was conducted in two groups including senior group and junior group. Zonal Education Officer, Quilmuqam flagged off the students.
In senior group, Rayees Ahmad Lone, Shabir Hussain Sheikh and Zakir Hussain Sheikh bagged the Ist, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively. Similarly, Aamir Ramzan, Faisal Hassan and Waseem Bhat were adjudged Ist, 2nd and 3rd respectively in the junior group.
Later, prizes were given away to the winners.
