Jourian League: SCC beats MCC by 68 runs

JAMMU, Feb 22: Singh Cricket Club (SCC) trounced Mattoo CC by 68 runs in Jourian Premier League, organised by First Born Mech (Cross Sword Division) at Jourian, here today.
Batting first, SCC Akhnoor scored 199 by losing 6 wickets in 20 overs. Chandan Sharma made century in 52 balls, Sandeep Singh scored 23 runs and Sumit Pandit contributed 19 runs. From bowling side, Sachin got 2 wickets, Rohit, Rajat, Navjot and Vicky shared 1 wicket each.
In reply, the Mattoo CC bundled out at 131 by losing 9 wickets. Vicky and Sachin made 26 each runs for their team. From bowling side, SS Langeh, Sumit Pandit and Sandeep shared 2 wickets each and Binny and Stiphen shared one wicket each.
Chandan Sharma was declared as man of the match.
