Galaxy CC scripts 33-run win over Singh XI

JAMMU, May 5: Galaxy Cricket Club Simbal registered 33-run victory over Singh XI Satwari to advance in the ongoing Baisakhi Premier League T20 Cricket Tournament, being organized by Diamond Cricket Club at High School Simbal Camp, today.
Batting first, Galaxy CC scored a modest total of 100 runs in 18.2 overs. Harsheet Singh top scored with 34 runs, while Kuku and Jaanu scored 18 and 20 runs respectively. For Singh XI, Kultasan took 3 wickets, while Amar, Sandeep and Kuldeep claimed 2 wickets each.
In reply, Singh XI bundled out for a meagre total of 67 runs, thus lost the match by 33 runs. Kali (11) and Amar (10) were the only two batsman to cross double figure mark. For Galaxy Club, Sohnu, Narinder and Amar scalped 3 wickets each, while Jaanu claimed one.
The match was officiated by Kulbir Singh, Harcharan Singh and Ginni.
