IRP organizes Route March

JAMMU, May 4: A Route March was organized by Indian Reserve Police (IRP) 10th Battalion, here today.
200 officers and ‘jawans’ participated in the March which was flagged off by Commandant Vijay Singh Sambyal from Gulshan Ground at wee hours today.
The March passed through Forest Environment Park, Balidhan Stumbh, Narwal Crossing to make the track of Route March about 12 kilometers.
The jawans showed high level of discipline and morale during the March.
While their halt at Environment Park, Mr Sambyal interacted with them and threw light on the importance of such marches on their fitness.
He said such marches inculcate habits of working in a team and display of strength of a disciplined force.
Prominent among others who participated in the March were DySPs Vipan Chandran, Surinder Sharma and Mohd Aslam.
