Cross Country Road Race held

SRINAGAR, May 4: Tajamul Ahmad of B.Sc. Final Year emerged winner in annual College Cross Country Race Boys organized by Sports Board of S.P College, Srinagar from Mounala Rumi Gate University of Kashmir to Nishat Crossing here today.
The run was flagged off by the Principal of the College, Dr. Yaseen Ahmad Shah. More than 100 students participated in the event bagged the 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.
Shabir Ahmad Bhat of B.Sc. 3rd Year and Syed Aga Nasir of B.Sc. 2nd Year.
The prize distribution ceremony was held at Nishat Bagh.
Speaking on the occasion, the Principal of the College stressed on the developing sports culture in the college. He exhorted upon the students to participate in all the upcoming events to maintain a good mental and physical health.
