Zonal, Inter- Zonal competitions from May 3

Kathua, May 1: Department of Youth Services and Sports Kathua is going to organize annual Zonal & Inter- Zonal Sports competitions from May 3.
The Zonal level sports event, including Volley Ball, Kabaddi, and Kho Kho matches in 14 and under 17 year   category for boys and girls would start from May. The zonal level competitions   would be followed by inter zonal district level tournaments from   May 2013.
The tournament would be held under the overall supervision of   S K Chalotra,  Distt Youth Services & Sports Officers, Kathua.
Earlier Inter-Mural Competitions which commenced on April 22 concluded successfully on   April  30 2013.
The Mural competition witnessed matches  of volley ball, Kabbadi, Kho- Kho etc in the age groups of under 14 year  and under 17 years for boys and girls  within the schools.
