8th J&K-UT Ju-Jitsu C’ship concludes

JAMMU, Feb 11: The two-days long 8th J&K-UT Ju-Jitsu Championship concluded here today. The championship showcasing the remarkable skills and talent of young enthusiastic athletes from different regions of J&K witnessed tremendous response from various different districts, clubs of J&K with as many as four hundred-plus participants featuring in the event.
The event was hosted by District Jammu Ju-Jitsu Association and organized by Ju-Jitsu Association of J&K at JKSC Hall, Indoor Sports Complex, Bhagwati Nagar, Jammu. The athletes from 12 different districts of J&K gathered to compete in various Ju-Jitsu categories with participants displaying exceptional discipline, strength, and agility, leaving the spectators awe-inspired throughout the event.
Tarun Uppal Chairman, Nirbhay Bharat foundation, Neeta Rawal, Principal Army Public School BD Bari, Manjeet Singh, Chairman, Kalarippayattu Association of J&K & S.G.S.D International School, Jammu, Gul-e-Surkhab Vice President- Ju-Jitsu Association of J&K were present as the Special Guests for the event.
