JAMMU, Aug 3: The District Jammu Yogasana Sports Association, under the aegis of Jammu and Kashmir Yogasana Sports Association, will organize 6th District Jammu Yogasana Sports Championship 2025 from August 10 at Jammu.
The event will be held under the aegis of the Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council as part of the “My Youth My Pride” initiative. Over 150 athletes, both boys and girls, are expected to participate across various age categories, including Cadets (below 10), Sub-Junior (10-14), Junior (14-18), Senior (18-28), and Masters (28+).
All educational institutions, colleges, sports clubs and academies across district Jammu are invited to submit entries by August 7, 2025, to ensure participation. The championship aims to promote fitness, discipline and competitive spirit among youth through the ancient practice of Yogasana.
