JAMMU, Oct 22: The 51st Jammu & Kashmir UT Badminton Championships 2024 is set to take place at the Indoor Sports Complex, Badminton Hall, M.A. Stadium, Jammu, from October 26 to 31.
The organisers have asked all affiliated District Badminton units to submit player entries by October 24, at 8 PM, along with the entry fee via cross-check or bank draft payable to the Badminton Association of J&K.
The championships will feature competitions in various categories, including Mini (Under-11), Sub-Junior (Under-13), Junior (Under-19), and Senior (Men & Women). Teams representing J&K in the National Badminton Championships 2024 will be selected based on player performances during this tournament.
Key dates include the draws on October 25 at 3 pm and the qualifying rounds starting October 26 at 9 am sharp. The tournament will adhere to the rules set by the Badminton Association of India (BAI).
