JAMMU, Oct 6: Two day long 4th State Martial Arts Championship organised by Freedom Society concluded at Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Ambphalla.
In the championship, DBN School, Mubharak Mandir secured first position, while, Bhartiya Vidya Mandir claimed second position.
During the championship, DBN School, Mubarak Mandi, bagged 11 Gold, 11 Silver and 6 Bronze medals, whereas, Bhartiya Vidya mandir School bagged 4 Gold, 5 Silver, and 10 Bronze medals. Jammu Public School who bagged 3 Gold, 2 Silver and 8 Bronze, and secured third rank. Private Club bagged 4 Gold and 2 Bronze, while, Rajouri team claimed 3 Gold, 3 Silver and 3 Bonze.
On the valedictory function, Nissar Ahmed, District Youth Co-ordinator, NYK, was the chief guest, who distributed medals amongst the winners.
Earlier, the championship was declared open by Dr Subash Gupta, President of Management Committee of Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Ambphalla.
The Championship was organised under the supervision of Karun Khajuria, Chairman of the Society.
