40th Jawaharlal Nehru Science Exhibition concludes at KV No 2

JAMMU, Oct 31: Sub Regional Level 40th Jawaharlal Nehru Science Exhibition on the theme “Science and Society” conducted at Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) No 2, Jammu Cantt by NCERT, concluded today.
In the exhibition, young scientists from 13 Vidyalayas of Jammu region and Akhnoor cluster put up a brilliant array of exhibits on the theme “Science and Society”.
On the concluding day, Usha Shaminder, Assistant Commis-sioner, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), Jammu region, was the chief guest, who while speaking, admired the efforts of the students.
She congratulated the winners and advised that they had to gear up for the next competition to be held at regional level.
The selected exhibits and the best students at seminar and quiz will now go for further participation at regional level at KV, Sunjuwan, Jammu.
At the end, M Laxmi Narayan, Principal, KV No 2, presented vote of thanks.
