DODA, July 16: The 2nd Chenab Open J&K UT Taekwondo Championship 2025 will be held from July 27 to 29 at the JKSC Indoor Sports Hall, Doda.
The championship is organized by Taekwondo Association of District Doda, in collaboration with Game On Foundation, under the aegis of the J&K Taekwondo Association (JKTA) and J&K Sports Council, as part of the “My Youth My Pride” initiative.
The decision was finalized in a high-level meeting chaired by Rajesh Pangotra (President, JKTA), along with Ramesh Chander Sharma, Anuj Sharma, Junaid Ali Khan and Burhan Ud Din Khan.
The organisers in a statement said all eligible athletes from J&K UT with a valid JKTA license are invited to participate. Registrations must be completed online by 25th July 2025 via this link: https://forms.gle/hNGWS AiKjvu7Mosu9. No late entries will be accepted.
The Championship will feature Protector Scoring System (PSS) and Electronic Scoring System (ESS). Organizers will provide basic gear; teams must bring personal protective equipment approved by World Taekwondo (WT).
