JAMMU, Nov 27: The 22nd JKUT Matsogi-Do Championship 2025, organised by the Matsogi-Do Association of Jammu & Kashmir, concluded at Sports Complex, Bhagwati Nagar, here today. The three-day event, held from November 27 to 29, saw participation from players across all districts of Union Territory, competing in various age categories.
The championship was inaugurated by Taranjeet Singh Tony, President of the Matsogi-Do Association of J&K and DDC Suchetgarh, who praised the athletes’ discipline, dedication and determination. “We look forward to seeing them represent Jammu & Kashmir at the national level,” he said.
All medal winners have now qualified for the 20th National Matsogi-Do Championship, scheduled at the University of Jammu from December 28 to 31, 2025.
