JAMMU, Dec 17: The 1st TOA Martial Arts Training Seminar and Competition was held at Sports Complex, Bhagwati Nagar, Jammu, organized by India TOA Federation under the aegis of the World TOA Federation. The event witnessed over 300 students from various schools and clubs, reflecting the growing popularity of TOA Martial Arts in the region.
Dr Deepika Rajput, the chief guest, appreciated the organisers’ efforts in promoting martial arts, self-defence, discipline, and confidence among the participants. The seminar and competition aimed to enhance self-defence skills, mental strength, and physical fitness among students and youth.
The event was conducted under the supervision of Gulshan Rattan, Faisal Nazir, Ravi Thakur, Sahil, Sunny Kumar Vansh and other TOA Federation office bearers, ensuring a smooth and successful programme. The organisers emphasized the importance of self-defence techniques, mental well-being, and a disciplined lifestyle, motivating participants to pursue martial arts with dedication and commitment.
