JAMMU, Nov 30: The 18th Jammu and Kashmir UT Roll Ball Championship is currently underway at MA Stadium, Jammu, running from November 29 to December 2. The championship has witnessed exciting contests across multiple age groups.
In today’s matches, U-11 boys: Jammu defeated Udhampur by 5-3; U-14 boys: Jammu beat Udhampur by 8-4; U-17 boys: Kathua defeated Udhampur by 9-5, Jammu defeated Kathua by 4-3, Jammu defeated Udhampur by 7-2 and Jammu defeated Srinagar by 4-3. In senior boys, Kathua edged Jammu by 6-5. In U-17 girls, Kathua defeated Jammu by 4-2, while in senior girls, Jammu overcame Udhampur by 5-3.
The championship, organized to promote Roll Ball across the Union Territory, has brought together talented teams from Jammu, Kathua, Udhampur and Srinagar, showcasing skill, teamwork and competitive spirit in the rapidly growing sport.
