UDHAMPUR, Sept 29: In an apparent case of suicide, a young man was found hanging from ceiling fan hook at his resident at village Nagrota near CEO office Udhampur.
According to the police report, body of Abed (31), son of Nazir, resident of Nagrota, was hanging from ceiling fan hook at his house under mysterious circumstances. The family member spotted him hanging and immediately called the Police, which rushed to the spot and shifted the deceased to District Hospital Udhampur for the Postmortem and other legal formalities.
After completion of all the formalities and postmortem, Police handed over the body to family members for last rites while inquest proceeding under Section 174 CrPC was initiated in this connection at Police Station Udhampur.
