Srinagar, Dec 19: A two-day workshop on the ‘Digital Transformation of Education In J&K’ was held here at the SKICC.
The event was organized by ‘Move Beyond’, UNICEF India, IIEDC NIT Srinagar, in collaboration with DESK
The workshop aimed at meeting the objectives which include improving awareness of the rising potential of digital tools in education, and identifying synergies between J&K’s ongoing digital learning initiatives.
It also had in its objectives to showcase best practices in digital learning from across the country and internationally and devise a roadmap for the digital transformation of education in J&K.
Saurabh Bhagat was the Chief Guest on the Occasion, Prof MF Wani, Incharge Director NIT Srinagar and Bilal Ahmad, Joint Director JKSTIC were the Guests of Honour.
Danish Aziz, Education Specialist, UNICEF India, Sheikh Inayat Ullah, CEO Move Beyond, Dr Saad Parvez, Head IIEDC, NIT Srinagar, Pramila Manoharan, Education Specialist UNICEF India were among the dignitaries who were present on the occasion.
