JAMMU, Nov 22: Ravinder Jamwal, a well known sculptor of Jammu, is participating in the 3rd Jaipur Art Summit, being organized by ICA in collaboration with Jaipur Art Summit at Jawahar Kala Kendra, Jaipur, Rajsthan.
Ravinder Jamwal is one among the Jammu artists invited to participate in this Summit where well known and upcoming artists of the country and abroad have been invited to participate. Two works of Ravinder Jamwal have been displayed in the summit, which commenced on November 21 and will continue upto November 25, 2015.
Ravinder has displayed his art of sculpture in the country as well as abroad. Born in 1960 at Birpur, Jammu, he has been honoured with a number of National Awards.
His name has been registered in Limca Book of Records (2009) and has been member of Royal British Society (RBS) of Sculptors, London 2005-07. Presently, he is member of International Association for Monumental Sculpture Events, (AIESM), Italy. He has participated in 5 International and 15 State Exhibitions, 25 Installations and 12 group shows at different places in India.
