SRINAGAR, Mar 18: A woman was killed by her son in the Kupwara district.
A police spokesman said that a lady Reshma Jan, age 55 years, was injured by her son Latief Ahmad Khan, age 40 years, son of Shams-ud-Din resident of Kawri, Kupwara at her home. The injured was shifted to SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar, for treatment, where she succumbed to her injuries. The body handed over to her relatives for last rites. A case has been registered in this regard.
