JAMMU, Nov 5: Vridhi Royals defeated Vishal Cricket Club (Vishal CC) by 60 runs in a thrilling match in KCSC U/19 Cricket tournament, here today.
Vridhi Royals won the toss and decided to bat first. Batting first, Vridhi Royals made 215 runs in 39.4 overs. Anshul, Sachin and Samar Singh made 55, 49 and 30 runs respectively. For bowling side Arnav and Mannit took 3 wickets each whereas Marutwan took 2 wickets.
In reply, the Vishal CC bundled out at150 runs. Aquib, Anuj and Vansh Khadiyal made 36, 31 and 26 runs respectively. Sachin took 4 wickets whereas Jasvir took 3 and Shavak claimed 2 wickets for Vridhi Royals.
Sachin Sharma was declared as man of the match for his all round performance and awarded with trophy and gift voucher. The match was officiated by Rahul Kumar, Ashok Singh and Sebastian Sandhu.
Rajesh Gill former Ranji Player and member Indian Cricket Association was the chief guest, who awarded the Man of the Match trophy.
