JAMMU, Feb 5: Vinayak Institute of Nursing and Paramedical Sciences (VINPMS) organised Public Health Awareness-cum-Science Exhibition.
The function started with Sarswati Vandana, followed by skit on female foeticide.
Students also displayed their models during Science Exhibition on various topics of health, which were highly appreciated by the audience.
Students namely Amandeep Kour, Roma Bhagat and Preeti Sharma presented motivational speeches on the occasion.
The first prize was bagged by Krishan Singh, whereas second prize was claimed by Narinder and group. The third prize was shared by Sachin and Rohit, while as the consolation prizes were bagged by Sipal and Group and Smilyee and Group.
On the occasion, Dr Taran Singh, Secretary, Indian Hospital Association, J&K branch was the chief guest, who awarded the winners in presence of Dr Sukhpreet Singh and Amandeep Singh, Director of institute and Sapna.
In the end, Dr Chetan Pal Kour, Lecturer presented vote of thanks.
