RAJOURI, Sept 19: Member of Legislative Council (MLC) advocate Vibodh Gupta today inaugurated a transformer of 63 KVA capacity in Chowdhary Nar village of Rajouri district. The transformer was sanctioned by the MLC under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF).
Speaking on the occasion, MLC congratulated the people over the installation of the transformer which is the long pending demand of the people who were living in the darkness for the past many years.
He also assured to the people that the long pending demands and problems of Rajouri district concerning Power Development Department (PDD) which includes overloading, schedule and unscheduled power cuts and hanging live wires in the bazaars and streets of the Rajouri city, which are posing grave threat to the lives of people will be minimized in the days to come.
