RAJOURI, June 15: BJP senior leader and MLC Vibodh Gupta today visited various remote and far off villages of Rajouri and held public meetings there. During this extensive tour he visited Dasal, Karian and Mubarakpura villages and listened to various day to day problems of the locals.
On this occasion besides various public meetings he also held one to one interactions with the locals specially the elderly people and women.
Addressing the public meetings, Vibodh said that the past three years will be seen as Golden years in the history of development in India. This he said is the result of hard work and tireless efforts of present Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He said that present Government is working day and night so that various services reach to the door steps of poor and needy. While referring to the Modi feast being organised in various parts of the country Vibodh he said that the main purpose of this is to create awareness among the common masses about various developmental policies and programmes of Modi Government. The way in which every one can see the remarkable development in every nook and corner of the country, calls for every one to rejoice and celebrate this, he added. Appreciating the role of border people in the overall development of the Pir Panjal area, Vibodh said that the border villages are the excellent example of peace and communal harmony. This is the only reason that currently many developmental activities are going on in full swing in various border villages, he added.
While lashing out at the enemies of peace who are trying to create trouble in some parts of the State Vibodh said that they must learn to use stones to build a bright future for ourselves and not for destructive purposes. He urged all the small villages and Panchyats in the border areas to themselves organise Modi feast in their villages and celebrate as country is heading towards the path of development under the most able, dynamic and hardworking leader like Modi.
He also lashed out at Congress leadership for criticising BJP and collation policies saying that the Congress was responsible for present mess in the State and country which was the result of corrupt practices of scam tainted Congress leadership.
