NEW DELHI, Nov 26:On the 12th anniversary of the 26/11 Mumbai attack, the US on Thursday said it stands alongside India to fight against terrorism.
The State Department in a tweet said the US reaffirmed its commitment to holding the perpetrators accountable and ensuring justice for the victims, including six Americans.
“On the 12th anniversary of the 26/11 Mumbai attack, the U.S reaffirms its commitment to holding the perpetrators accountable and ensuring justice for the victims, including six Americans.
“Standing alongside our Indian partners, we remain resolute in the fight against terrorism ” said the department’s South Asia Bureau.
In another tweet, Department Deputy Spokesperson Cale Brown said the US will seek to ensure that all responsible for the attack are brought to justice.
“November 26 marks the 12th anniversary of the terrorist attacks in Mumbai, India. Through the rewards for Justice program we seek to ensure that all those responsible for this heinous attack face justice,” said Brown.
